Eligibility for Returns

We offer refunds on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Regular-priced items are eligible for return

  • Sale items discounted less than 40% may also be returned

Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Money-Back Guarantee

If your item qualifies for return and meets all conditions outlined in this policy, you may return it for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items discounted 40% or more

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Orders placed with the intention of trying multiple sizes of the same item

Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be approved and registered by our customer support team before shipping

A restocking fee of $15 per returned item applies and will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and handling costs.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Ava Montréal does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees

  • All approved returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center in China

  • Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our support team will not be accepted

Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package is shipped to the correct address.


Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers must wait until the order is delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for sale items, including size or color changes.
At this time, Ava Montréal does not offer direct exchanges — returned items that qualify will be refunded instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Important: Returns that are not registered by email and approved in advance will not be processed or refunded.
